I was looking all over town for a reputable place to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, and am so glad I found this place! Before I brought it in, my dress was super dirty since we had an outdoor ceremony. Even though our wedding was almost a year ago, they did such an amazing job and were able to get all of the stains out — the dress looks like it has never been worn. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking to get their wedding dress cleaned/preserved!

BRIDES BRING YOUR DRESSES HERE!!! They worked absolute wonders on my w edding dress!! I had an outdoor wedding and my dress had a 12 ft. train, so it was beyond dirty— I thought it was irreparable. When they were done, my dress was good as new and preserved in a beautiful box. We drove over an hour to bring my dress here, and I am so glad we did. They had immaculate customer service and sent so many photos and videos of the progress, so I knew exactly what my dress looked like before they preserved it in the box. They also do all cleaning and preservations in-house so you don’t have to worry about your dress being shipped somewhere else. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!!

I decided to preserve my wedding dress from 2016 after my house flooded during Hurricane Ian. There wasn't additional damage to my dress, but it made me want to protect all the important memory items I had left! They did a great job cleaning the 6 year old makeup and dirt stains from the dress. The customer service was also great, they communicated well each step of the process.

Decided to go here for my dress preservation after reading all of the incredible reviews and they did not steer me wrong. Extremely professional. Gave me the cost immediately after assessing the dirt and damage and were thorough about the process. They sent me pictures of before and after prior to packaging it and gave me a call to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend! My dress looks like new!!

These ladies are miracle workers! After my wedding 18 months ago, I packed up my dress and truthfully forgot about it. Until one day when I came across it again and was so sad to see all the dirt stains on the intricate lace train as well as some other stains on the bodice. I brought my dress to these ladies, hoping they'd be able to get it to look at least decent since it had been a while - but they made this dress look STUNNING, and brand new! They were very communicative through the process and sent me lots of before/after photos and videos. I can't wait to cherish this beautiful dress and memories for years to come with it being so clean and beautifully preserved now. Thank you, thank you!

I took my bridal gown here after 20 years of it hanging in the back of a closet. Within just a few weeks, they completely transformed it back to it’s original glory. I had not realized how much it had changed color over time. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I took my wedding gown here after searching for a couple of months to find a cleaner I was comfortable giving my dress to. One of the biggest draws for me was the dress cleaning is done in house, no need to fear it being lost in shipment. They were very friendly and efficient. I received before and after pictures/videos and the dress looks better than it did before I wore it.I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking to have their dress cleaned and preserved.

Avalon cleaners did an absolutely amazing job at cleaning and preserving my wedding dress back in December! The bottom of my gown and train got very dirty and I was not able to get it cleaned for over a year after my wedding. I was afraid that the stains were not going to be able to be taken out but they did a beautiful job and it looks like new! They also went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before preseving and packing the gown, before I traveled from Tampa to pick it up. Their work and customer service is great! I would recomend them to everyone!

This company is well worth a visit. My daughter’s wedding dress is an important keepsake and I would not trust it to anyone else. It is now cleaned and preserved for future generations. If you are looking for someone to preserve your wedding gown look no further! From the moment I reached out they have been so helpful and kind throughout the process. I was very nervous because my wedding dress had a lot of material and extra glitter fabric throughout. It rained on our wedding day and I was unsure if my gown could be saved or if anyone could fix it due to the glitter fabric used. When I went in they carefully explained how they would treat my gown and the process they go through. I also loved that they do everything themselves and do not ship out the gowns. My gown looks incredible! I am so happy with how it turned out and they are the best to work with. You will not be disappointed!

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here and would highly recommend their services. My gown got very dirty on the bottom from being outside for pictures and in the rain, but they made it look as good as new! I also liked that everything is done locally rather than shipping the dresses out. The couple who own the business are very friendly and were wonderful to work with! I am so happy I chose to have my dress preserved here.

I think the pictures can explain it all! How amazing they got all the dirty stains out from my rainy wedding and the cranberry juice out! How amazing! Super nice and talented shop! I first learned about Bridal Gown Preservation at the wedding expo. This family-owned business did a great job cleaning a dress that had been in dirt and beach sand! They send before and after photos before boxing up the dress, which is a nice touch. It's obvious they take pride in their business. Job well done!

Very nice owners. My dress was very dirty from a beach wedding and sat in a bag for 2 months. They were able to remove all of the stains. See before and after pictures. Cleaning and preservation is done locally by the owners. It is hard to know who you can trust with something as precious as a wedding gown. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

I just had my wedding in December and the dress got quite wet and gross after the water at the Magic Kingdom. I brought my dress here to get preserved and it looks so elegant! I had quite a large ball gown - so I had the XL box and it all fit in perfectly. The owners are also so nice and friendly! Definitely would recommend.

I brought my wedding dress to be cleaned prior to my wedding since I bought a sample dress that had makeup/spray tan from people trying it on before I purchased it. Bridal gown Preservation made it look brand new again. They were able to work with my timeline and sent me after pictures before picking up the gown. Definitely an easy process and great quality, extremely happy with my results!

The owners are very personable, friendly and professional. They followed through on their commitment to video tape and send me pictures of my dress before and after restoration. And they completed the process in a timely manor. My dress looks great. I would highly recommend using them to anyone.

My dress looks brand new again!! It got pretty dirty from being outside and from dragging on the floor all night, it was black! But now, you would never know it was even used!! I highly recommend them!! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and lovely to chat with. It did take a little longer to get my dress back due to me dropping it off right before the holidays, but that's on me. 5 out of 5 stars!!

I had a very big dress with lots of layers and glitter, and when I dropped it off it had a lot of dirt and leaves that had been picked up throughout the night (I had an outdoor wedding). They did a fantastic job, it honestly looks good as new. I highly, highly recommend them!

I finally took my wedding dress in to be cleaned (after almost 3 years of having it hung in a closet) and am absolutely amazed at how it turned out! My train was covered it dirt and it came out looking brand new. The owners are very kind and polite and my dress was done a lot sooner than I expected. Avalon Park Cleaners did an amazing job on my wedding dress! I had an outdoor wedding on grass, so I wanted to make sure to get my dress cleaned right afterwards. They are very responsive and made sure to contact me with any concerns. Right after the dress was clean, they texted me photos, to make sure I was pleased with the cleaning before I picked it up. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your wedding dress cleaned and preserved!

I had a destination wedding and did trash the dress photo shoot after looking for a place to get my gown preserved I decided to go with this business based on the great reviews. I definitely made the right choice the owner was extremely nice and welcoming and they did a great job cleaning my gown. It looks brand new. Not only do they offer the best prices in Orlando but they do a great job. They also send you pictures of before and after before placing the dress in the preservation box.

I got my wedding dress restored and WOW. My dress was only 3.5 years old, but I did not realize how quickly the white can wear. My dress was restored and looked brand new. I could not believe it. There was also a slight delay with the boxes used to restore the dresses (not at all the fault of the cleaners) and I was kept updated on the status. So responsive and so professional. I would absolutely recommend this place to any bride!!

I want to thank Bridal Gown Preservation for the wonderful job they did on my dress. The quality of work that was done was beyond my expectations. My dress designer did not add any bustles to my gown, so during my reception period my gown got really dirty-BGP was able to remove all stains even from the hem. BGP was also understanding of the fact that I would be gone a while for work and they were so kind to have held my gown until I got back. Thanks again for your awesome work.

Lovely husband and wife owners who do wedding dress preservation themselves - dresses are not outsourced to another cleaning facility. Anyone in the Orlando area looking for a place to clean and preserve their wedding gown - look no further! I took my dress in 2 weeks ago and got the photos today showing the wonderful job they did! My dress wasn’t too dirty but certainly needed some love before being preserved and they handled it perfectly. The owner and his wife are beyond professional and go out of their way to make sure you are updated on how things are going. I drove 45 minutes because of a recommendation from a friend and I would do it all over again if needed. I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed!

I can’t recommend Bridal Gown Preservation enough. They provide prompt and professional customer service and treat each gown with special and unique care. They brought my vintage 1970s wedding dress back to life, restoring it to its original pristine color and I’ll be so proud to walk down the aisle in it. If I could give 10 stars i would.

I recently had my bridal gown cleaned and preserved at Avalon Park Cleaners. The shop owners are very personable and efficient. My train had a lot of dirt on it but it looks brand new again! It's nice that they send before and after photos, and to see photos of your dress one last time too before it is boxed up. Highly recommend!

I had my wedding dress preserved and was so pleased with the results! This was the same dress my grandmother and mother wore on their wedding days so my dress was 60+ years old so already had some wear to it. I was very hesitant to bring in such an old dress but they handled my dress beautifully! They were able to clean the dress and it looked incredible after, which was especially impressive since my dress was all lace, and 60 year old lace at that. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for gown preservation/cleaning/any other wedding gown services. They are so kind and efficient, I felt great about leaving my gown in their hands and they exceeded all of my expectations!

This husband and wife duo is incredible!! I had a barn wedding so to say that the bottom half of my dress was filthy is an understatement. I dropped my dress off just under a week after my wedding day, and they sent before and after pictures days after drop off that made my jaw fall to the floor! Holy cannoli! My dress looks brand new!

They cleaned my dress prior to my wedding because I bought it off the rack and it had a few stains on the bottom. When I got the dress back I couldn't believe how perfect it looked! They not only did a very through job they got it back to me pretty quickly. The owner and his wife are both very friendly and they really worked to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy. Customer Service is top priority for them!

After lots of research, I decided to take my daughter’s bridal gown to Bridal Gown Preservation in Avalon. Even though it was a good distance from my home it was well worth the drive and the price. The ceremony was outdoors and the yard didn’t have much grass just dirt and sand. I thought her dress would be ruined but it looks beautiful!! I would recommend them for anyone wanting to restore their wedding gown!! Their work is amazing!!!!

Nina and Jayesh were great to work with, friendly, clear and skilled. They cleaned my wedding dress on site and were very great with communicating what they had done and sent me pictures to show the progress. The dress looks fresh and new again as if I hadn’t tramped along the grass. Finally, they were great at listening to what I actually wanted, which was not to box up the dress, and helped me with my individual request. Would highly recommend!

Bridal gown preservation is amazing!! I had my wedding gown stored in my garage and did not have it preserved. 5 years later my soon to be sister in law wanted to use my dress. When we took it out of the bag, it was very badly stained and starting to turn yellow. I shipped my wedding gown from Oklahoma to Bridal gown preservation and they saved the gown. It looks brand new! They did a great job communicating and got it cleaned very quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them. Customer service at its finest!!

I am absolutely in AWE with how my dress looks after being cleaned and restored! My dress was large ball gown with 10 layers that had been walked through dirt on my wedding day. I went almost an entire year after my wedding to have it cleaned and it looks brand new again!

I couldn’t recommend this place more! I drove from an hour away to have my dress washed and preserved here because of all the amazing reviews i saw and they weren’t wrong! The owners are absolutely delightful. They took their time and made sure to take great care of my dress. I waited over a year and a half to have it washed and they were able to make it look brand new! They were also able to clean and preserve all of my accessories as well. And as soon as it was ready i received photos of everything. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone other than them with a wedding dress, they take their time and do it all in house.

Had a great experience, the owners were very attentive and did a great job on my gown. I drove from Daytona to make sure i went to a good place and it was worth it. They sent before and after pictures and videos prior to boxing to make sure i was happy before i came to get it. As you can see in the before& after below, the bottom of my dress was dirty from wedding photos in the park and it all came out. Definitely recommend!

After my wedding I was in need of getting my wedding dress preserved and I found Avalon Park Cleaners through Google. I am so happy that I found them because their service has been nothing but exceptional! I worked with Meena by phone since I live all the way on the other side of town. I had my dress and accessories shipped to their cleaners and they took care of the rest for me. They took the time on a Sunday to hand deliver my dress to me seeing that I have a baby and it was hard for me to drive all the way out to pick it up. The dress and accessories came out so clean and perfect after having an outdoor wedding which really roughened up my dress. Meena and her husband have been so kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process, it really makes you wish that more places had this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

It took a little over two weeks to get my gown back but man it was worth it!! I had little red wine stains and dirt stains on the bottom since my wedding was outside. It's all gone and looking brand new! The owners were so polite and a pleasure to work with.

On my wedding day it rained and my dress was a filthy mess especially on the bottom where it was damp and grey - yuck! Avalon Cleaners did a great job cleaning my dress and getting all the dirt and grime out. I knew it was a more difficult dress too with lots of tulle layers and lace. Would recommend their cleaning and preservation for any Orlando brides.

I had my wedding dress cleaned there after I waited to get it done for years. It had a drink spill on it and 3 inches of dirt from walking around the Vegas. I was shocked they were able to get the stain all out. It really looks wonderful they did such a great job! I can't express how happy I am they got it cleaned like new again. I also had a new zipper put in a pair of jeans and they did a great job on that as well. We go to AVP Cleaners for all our cleaning and sewing needs. I highly recommend them.
